Job Title: Electrician

• Minimum of 1 year working experience as an electrician
• Must have a High School Diploma or GED

Preferred:

• Experience working in a warehouse, included but not limited to manual labor, forklift operation, housekeeping in the shop areas, additionally, we will train on the job for our specific industry
• Skilled at installing electrical machines and equipment
• Ability to use hand tools and power tools
• Ability to lift 20-50+ pounds frequently

Job Description/Duties

• Assemble, install, test, and maintain electrical or electronic wiring, equipment, appliances, apparatus, and fixtures, using hand and power tools
• Install conduit as required
• Connect wires to circuit breakers, transformers, or other components
• Pull wire as required
• Inspect electrical systems, equipment, and components to identify hazards, defects, and the need for adjustment or repair, and to ensure compliance with codes.
• Follow blueprints to determine the location of wiring and equipment and to ensure conformance to building and safety codes
• Use a variety of tools such as power construction equipment, measuring devices, power tools, and testing equipment including ammeters
• Work from ladders and scaffolds to install, maintain or repair electrical wiring, equipment, and fixtures
• Construct and fabricate parts, using hand tools and specifications
• Perform physically demanding tasks, running conduit and moving and lifting heavy objects

Key Responsibilities:

• Complete assigned electrical tasks within allotted time as assigned by Project Manager
• Take personal responsibility for safety and the safety of others around
• Report to the Project Manager; provide job site installation support with the goal of completing assigned task with focus on quality; and within planned hours and budget

Salary and Shifts:

• Shifts are Monday to Friday, with weekends and possible overtime as needed
• Variety of shifts/days available, based on staffing and current business needs
• Work location: Onsite in Phoenix, AZ area
• Salary ranges from $25 - $45/hour, based on experience
